Paper towels and soap available at hand wash sink located in the kitchen. Hand wash sink accessible at time of inspection. Wall behind the fryers located in the kitchen adequately clean. Floors beneath the fryers and ovens adequately clean. Ventilation hoods adequately clean; no dust or grease observed. Discussed wash-rinse-sanitize methods, glove use, frequent hand washing, and sick food worker policy. As per telephone conversation with Commander (Al Rosemark) at time of inspection; roof was replaced in Spring 2017. No ceiling leaks observed at time of inspection. Provided sick food worker poster and Use of Hands in Preparation of Ready-to-Eat Foods brochure at time of inspection. Re-inspection required in 30 days. (2)
