Per field visit - there is exposed insulation hanging down from the ceiling where the french fries are being cooked. There is exposed bare wood/plywood at the extreme front of the kitchen... with a small amount of exposure to the food prep area. Per Manager these areas will be protected with plastic or other suitable material to eliminate possible foreign material from getting into the product.

Fire was extinguished with hand-held fire extinguisher, no deployment of sprinkler system or Ansul system. Leroy FD verified that the fire is out. Per manager, all cooked and/or open packages of food in kitchen an all open dry goods and service items in dry storage area were voluntarily discarded.
