Food worker drink and purse were found stored on milk cooler. However, it was learned that cooler is not in service. Kitchen manager explained cooking, cooling, processing and reheat to serve with gravy. Typically, it is served the one day, No leftovers. Kitchen manager is very knowledgeable in food safety.
