Comments: Comment: Kitchen appeared clean and sanitary for food preparation. Temperature logs are maintained for refrigerators and freezers. Menu served on day of inspection included: Italian dunkers (open roll with pizza sauce and cheese, baked), turkey and cheese on roll, brochili, apple and milk. Items checked during inspection included: accuracy of food probe thermometer, availabiliy of handwashing in food prep area, presense and proper concentation of sanitizer for wiping cloths, use of barrier when handling "ready to eat" food, proper food storage and general sanitation.

Comments: Comment : Menu served on day of inspection included Hamburger paddies, carrots, green beans, fruit cup, apple and milk. Facility now serves at two different times. First at 10:30 and then at 12:00, finishing up at 1:00. This involves two different cooking periods. Well maintained facility.

Comments: Comment: Menu served on day of inspection comprised of chicken nuggets, turkey and cheese on a roll, carrots or corn (frozen), orange slices and milk. Items checked during inspection included verifying accuracy of food probe thermometer, proper hot and cold holding, availability of hand washing in food prep area, proper concentration of sanitizer, sanitizing of dishes by dish washer and general sanitation. Food workers had just logged temperatures of food items just prior to putting food on line prior to start of inspection. They also document sanitizing temperature of dishwasher, as well as, logging cooler and freezer temperatures. Well run operation.

Comments: Comment: No violations observed. Cafeteria monitor staff were observed doning gloves and cutting sandwiches for children using scissors. The Cafeteria manager stated, the scissors are from the kitchen and are washed, rinsed and sanitized. Menu comprised of tomato (canned) soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, brochilli and cabage (frozen) vegetables, (canned) fruit cup and milk. Discussed serving time of lunch and the relationship of time/temperature control of hot held menu items. Serving time of food is approximately one hour.

Comments: Menu included the following: Chicken nuggets, turkey cheese roll sandwich or wrap, vegetarian baked beans, salad, grapes and milk. Discussed with kitchen manager prep process of turkey and gravy meal. Baked turkey; sliced and pulled after cooking, froze; the meat was found thawing in cooler, it will be served with gravy in two days; only one meal. Critical control points involved are the following: cook to 165 F; cool from 120 F to 70 F in two hours, 70 F to 45 F in four hours; reheat to at least 165F; Hot hold at 140 F or greater. If meat is to be served cold, there must be no bare hand contact. Well run operation.
