Comments: The operator must provide dates, menus and times of events that will be held at the facility during 2017. The barmaid stated that food is not served to bar patrons, but food items and dirty frying pans and dished were found in the kitchen. She stated that on Sept 10th a horseshoe tournament was held at the facility. She also stated that the Horseshoe tournament was by invitation only and that the bar patrons did not eat any of the food present at the tournament. The refrigerator in the kitchen currently contains 4 small containers of Michigan sauce, raw eggs, raw chicken, hot dogs, green peppers, whole tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese and salad dressing. A bottle of Clorox bleach was stored on the stove above to frying pans, the clorox was relocated. The floor between the refrigerator and the ice machine is missing a large chunk of tiles, moist wiping class are stored on the countertop between the two stainless steel sinks, dirty dishes were sitting in dirty water in a single Bay sink. Andra stress that the kitchen is only used for owner John Ryan who lives up stairs.
