Comments: Observed served using gloves to prepare garnishes. Milk in homestyle refrigerator had a temperature of 35F. Observed facility's test strips (quaternary ammonia) to measure amount of sanitizer present in solution. Per staff, facility is no longer using kitchen.

Refrigerator temperature was 48dF. Suggestion to turn down refrigerator and to obtain a working thermometer if PHF are to be stored. Pot luck meals can be offered.
