Sliced tomatoes in cold holding sandwich make unit had a temperature of 42F. Cheese stored in top of two door beverage cooler had a temperature of 42F. Raw chicken wings of bottom of two door beverage cooler had a temperature of 38F. Observed staff using gloves to prevent bare-hand contact when preparing ready-to-eat foods (RTE).
