Provisions of that conference required the owner to provide a scaled drawing showing the kitchen and any other prep areas with equipment in place. Owner was to also provide a copy of menu items for our records. These documents were due to be received at the NCDOH by 7/16/18, they have not been received to this date. Operator Nauman Cheema, Spoke by phone with Plan Review Officer B. Sollog in mid July 2018 and was reminded that the drawing and menu were due. Menu was provided to inspector on this day. THE OPERATOR IS INFORMED THAT AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR RECEIPT OF THE SCALED DRAWING WITH EQUIPMENT IN PLACE.
