Regarding Blue-Item violations- 8E- Monitoring thermometer available inside kitchen glass-doored refrigerated unit which is used to store cold potentially hazardous (TCS)- foods- was maintained at less than 45 dF; 11D- Bottom interior surfaces of refrigerated storage units in kitchen have been cleaned, also, interior of microwave oven; 15B- Light operational in basement dry storage closet. All previous violations corrected, will conduct a HACCP training exercise with staff later in year. | ||
