Advised cook that hands are to be wash adequately with warm water and soap following handling/preparation of raw meat and raw shell eggs. Advised staff that hands should be washed between glove changes to prevent cross contamination to new gloves. |

Comments: Conducted a re-inspection of facility and also conducted a HACCP training with kitchen staff. Both cooks were observed properly using plastic gloves while working in kitchen. Also observed waitress staff during re-inspection, no improper bare-hand contact observed while serving foods to patrons. Discussed glove use and routine hand washing with kitchen staff during re-inspection.
