Item 14A: Insects, rodents present Comments: Spoke with Owner, Wendy Lu, who explained that the exterminator is still coming once a month. Observed live and dead cockroaches in restaurant. Advised to call exterminator to come out twice a month until there is no more insect activity. Advised to put produce in storage area in sealable containers, and Wendy said that she is going to have some of her workers help her with this. Clean and sanitize surfaces in kitchen. Light sheilds were very well cleaned since the previous inspection. Reinspect in 2 weeks. |
