Discussed not allowing sharing amongst children of the Summer Feed Program. Operator stated they save some pre-packaged commercially prepared items for 24 hours and are used as alternative choice for the next day of the program. I called DOH office for guidance regarding the saving and reuse of those unserved pre-packaged commercially prepared items, and told Operator it was OK as long as items were not served. | ||
