Comments: Cookline prep cooler had a fan with a broken blade that was fixed. Right side of prep cooler is not being used at this time. Heat from the toaster was compromising cooler temps on the right.Corporate took measurements to install a piece of sheet metal between toaster and right side of prep cooler to keep heat from affecting cold temps.This and the replaced fan may alleviate the problem keeping the right side of cookline prep cooler chilled. Felicia (manager) will call when this is completed within 2 weeks. Temps in other parts of cookline prep cooler were adequate. | ||
