Comments: No cooling was occurring on the counter and during the inspection no large amounts of meat were being left on the counter without being actively processed. I did witness glove use during the inspection cutting vegetables and platting tortilla chips. I did not find any cockroaches during this inspection. Facility is still using the large plastic barrels without a liner for the chips. Barrels are unclean and no sink in the facility is large enough to accommodate them.
