Comments: Reach-in refrigerators and freezers adequate temperatures. Seal on kitchen reach-in loose and preventing complete seal upon closure-temps okay though at 42 degrees. Cold cut ham in container with other containers of mayo, cheese, lunch toppings at 47 degrees; advised owner to ensure ice level is at same level or above products in containers to keep cold. Use sanitizing unit for dishes-temperature dial only reading 60 degrees, but inside much hotter. Owner will call maintenance person to recalibrate/replace dial thermometer. Please mail report.

Comments: Discussed deficiencies with the operator. Stressed the need to closely monitor the Glenco Reach-In Cooler to make sure that it can maintain the temperature of food in this unit at 45 degrees F or less. The three other Refrigerator/freezers had the following Air Temperatures: Hotpoint - 38.8, Keefer and Merritt - 42.5, General Electric - 41.7. Strongly recommended that they do not place any potentially hazardous food items in this unit until it is either repaired or replaced. Report is e-mailed.
