Dish Ware is washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the three bay sink. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in September 2015. The owner mentioned that he has been catering events off site, sometimes using the kitchen at the facility where the event is being held. He also mentioned that he caters events where the food is cooke at this restaurant, and then transported to the various events. He also confirmed that he uses this restaurant as his commissary. The inspector strongly encouraged him to contact our office concerning this catering operation. Report e-mailed. |
