Comments: Micieli's, inspection conducted Thursday, post-lunch rush, with Manager Marcia. There is no longer a lunch buffet option. Breakfast buffet offered on Sundays. Meatball cook temp observed, >167F. Hot holding steam table items adequate: soups, sauces, and gravies found at 142-167F. The operation did not follow thru with their plan to install a self-service fountain soda machine. Discussed the ice machine and equipment maintenance and cleaning schedule. Hand barriers and hair restraints used. Thermometers available and installed throughout. Updated menu received.

The soda boxes and manifold have been enclosed in a dedicated cabinet. Hood and vents were professionally cleaned, 1/31/17. Hair restraints and hand barriers utilized. Restrooms adequately maintained. Choking Poster, cpr station, and permit are posted.

Operator is utilizing Fran Duncan to repair dishwasher, additional parts have been ordered. Interior drawers throughout kitchen have been cleaned and improvement made regarding cleanliness within deli units.
