Comments: Today manager Asif Hamid, stated that 10 glue boards and 5 snap traps were placed by exterminator on 11/13/18. He went on to say that four of the traps were discarded along with dead mice that were caught. I was shown the one remaining trap (that had been sprung) placed near the service counter. On 11/26/18 when Mr. Hamid was asked what had been done by his exterminator to mitigate the mouse infestation all I was shown was a couple of glue boards opposite the service counter, no mention of snap traps was made, no proof of professional extermination for rodents was available then or now as requested on multiple occasions.
