Restaurant has put cold packs below each food container and are only filling containers half way woth food. Temps were good: steak = 44 degs, chicken = 45 degs. Sanitizer for wiping clothes and dishes was not adequate. Corrected by replacing the container and rechecking the concentration and it was adequate. Hand drying devices were missing in restroom. Corrected by replacing with more in the dispenser. Floor by mop sink is in disrepair. |
