They do serve prime rib on friday nights which, is like the homemade bake beans; cook, hot hold and serve. Verified accuracy of food probe thermometers, proper cold holding of coolers, proper sanitizer concentration, availability of fully equipped handwash stations, food workers doned gloves and were healthy. Chlorine residual was checked at handwash station, measuring 1.0 mg/L. A Water System compliance report will be completed at a later date but, before the end of year. |
