Comments: All hot holding and refrigeration temperatures were acceptable/ choking poster and CPR were acceptable/ dishwasher sanitizer was at least 100ppm. Some debris was observed under the beverage cabinet and back storage room and may have been mouse droppings however staff cleaned up immediately so a closer look with the operator was not possible, the operator claims to have regular pest control services and had not been informed of any mouse activity, no other evidence of mice was observed at time of inspection. The owner has contacted his pest control applicator and will submit a report to us Monday December 17th. A follow up inspection will be performed within a month to ensure there has not been any mouse activity.
