Comments: Partial re-inspection of the facility to verify correction of outstanding Sanitary Code violations pertaining to the physical construction of the building. 1) Water damage to the floor in the kitchen has been repaired since the last inspection. New tiles have been installed so that it is now smooth and easily cleanable. 2) Light fixture over the dishwashing area is now operational. Clip-on construction lamps and and the light fixture in the walk-in beer cooler have now been equipment with new shatterproof LED bulbs. 3) Outdoor walk-in freezer was undergoing repairs at the time of inspection. New diamond plate flooring has been installed and the walls are now covered with FRP board. Contractor was in the process of installing a new light fixture during the visit. Unit will be returned to service after the refirgeration equipment has been serviced. Substantial progress has been made on correcting the outstanding Sanitary Code violations and it appears the remaining violations will be fully corrected shortly. Formal enforcement action will be halted.
