No ice is being used to aid the prep unit. walkin cooler is holding ham at 40 deg F. soup and meat balls 150 to 160 F. facilities is warm and heat is on.

Informed Tiffany that DOH is to be notified when the sandwich prep unit is not holding required temperatures. Facility was approved to reopen.
