Comments: Field visit conducted to investigate reported food illness. Manager reports no ill food workers within the past two weeks. No additional complaints of illness from any doughnuts sold on October 25th, 2018. All product is made daily and any product left over is discarded. Manager described proper procedures for handwashing, glove usage, handling of ready-to-eat foods, and ill food worker policy. No hazards/violations found in support of this complaint at this time. It is recommended that manager continue to train/educate all employees on the importance of proper food handling techniques as discussed. No further enforcement required and no other recommendations at this time. Recommend complaint disposition to be negative at this time. | ||
