The amount of cooked chicken was too much to allow chicken to be kept above 140 degrees. Amount of cooked chicken left out to be cut will be minimized in the future. Chicken reheated to 165 degrees. Corrected 10B - Cardboard used to absorb grease from fryers on floor and shelf. Not a smooth and easily cleanable surface 12E - Handwash sink next to ice machine is missing hand soap dispenser. Corrected 12D - Womens restroom is out of order. Men's room to be used temporarily until toilet in womens room is repaired. Covered garbage can is required |
