All coolers working, all temperature controlled for safety food that was checked in the reach in and the prep coolers in the pizza kitchen and the walk in coolers, reach in coolers, and the prep station coolers in the main kitchen temped under 45F. All food in the steam table in the employee cafeteria temped over 150F. |
