Approximately three days later, an employee from the physical plant returned and took the key back stating that Dunkin Donuts does not have permission to access the mop sink room. Area manager and company director are aware of the situation and were scheduled to have a meeting earlier this week to discuss the mop sink issue. Health department will review the establishments file for any information regarding the mop sink. (DD # - 446-5396). Building mop sink is to be accessible at all times during hours of operation as well as during the establishments daily opening and closing or a mop sink will need to be installed within the establishment.
