Please submit proof of floor correction by 1-31-2019. Multiple potentially hazardous food items were temped using a metal stem probe thermometer in the top and bottom of the prep line cooler and the two door reach in cooler in the back room of the kitchen. Temperatures observed were in range at time of inspection.
