Comments: Posted notice of closure on front window of FSE. I told owner on phone that he needs to call us on Monday for a reinspection. I also told him that he doesn't have ample refrigeration available. All three refrigerators in kitchen are broken. Two are empty and no longer in use. The third was in use and foods were discarded. He said the refrigerator does in fact work, it's just that the heat is making the cooler not work properly. There is only a chest freezer in kitchen and a small one in office. The only working refrigerator is a drink cooler in dining room.
