Comments: ON SITE BECAUSE FIRE SUPRESSION SYSTEM DISCHARGED AS EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING. NO CONTAMILATION WAS OBSERVED AT THIS TIME. THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN CLEANED, THE FIRE SUPRESSION SYSTEM HAS BEEN SERVICED. AT THIS TIME THE FACILITY CAN OPERATE AS NORMAL HOWEVER AN INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND AN INFESTATION OF INSECTS AND RODENTS HAVE BEEN OBSERVED IN THE BASEMENT. THIS MATER MUST BE ADDRESSED IMMEDATELY AND ALL DEAD INSECTS AND RODENT DROPPINGS MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDATELY. THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY MUST BE CONTACTED TO SERVICE THE FACILITY WITH A DIFFERENT METHOD THAT IT HAS SINCE THE CURRNET METHOD IS NOT WORKING.
