The following violations have been corrected from the previous inspections; 15a- floor tiles near mop sink have been replaced, 12c- walk-in freezer has been cleaned and repaired, no frozen condensate observed. 12c- no leak observed at doorway of dry storage area (no rain recently however), manager stated repairs to roof have been made and this area will be monitored. 12d-observed lid on toilet tank in ladies' toilet room.
