Comments: re inspection for red critical violations only. Sanitary re inspection will be on or after 8/29. Refrig contractor found the following things wrong. One prep cooler has a hole in the coil and is being replaced with a new unit. No longer in use. The second prep unit had a bad fan limit switch. It was replaced and temps today are 43 degrees. The walk in cooler had iced over due to a bad switch. It was replaced and temp was 44 degrees. The upright glass door cooler was not repaired and is no longer in use. The cook was wearing 2 gloves as required. Discussed ways to help keep hazardous foods cold. The most importat is to keep prep cooler lids closed as much as possible. The broiler and grills directly across from prep coolers . No red critical violations were cited at this inspection
