Chicken measured an internal temperature of 60 degrees and Ribs measured an internal temperature of 60 degrees using inspector's calibrated food testing thermometer. According to cook he purchased both products at store today at 11am and brought directly to establishment and he does this on a daily basis. Due to these circumstances inspector allowed for immediate heating of chicken to 165 degrees and Ribs to be moved to freezer immediately. (Corrected food issue) (Repair of cooler must be immediate, Cook stated repair man has been called) 8A--Liquid food product containers are missing labels. 8D--To-go boxes are stored uncovered on food prep counter. 12D--Restroom is missing a proper dispenser for toilet paper and restroom door does not have self-closing hinge. |
