Comments: As per telephone conversation with owner (Beverly Snider) on 1/30/18; working thermometers have been placed in the walk-in cooler, Superior sandwich cooler, and True sandwich cooler located near the three-bay sink. Fryers are adequately clean; grease and dust removed. Floors beneath the fryers, equipment, three-bay sink, and mechanical dishwasher are adequately clean. Walls behind the three-bay sink and the mechanical dishwasher are adequately clean. Owner states food workers are required to clean floors, walls, and equipment when food preparation is not taking place. Areas with missing floor tiles in the prep room have been painted/sealed and are cleanable. As per e-mail from owner on 2/15/18; plumbing beneath the three-bay sink is repaired and no longer leaking. All previous violations from 11/22/17 inspection corrected.
