Corrected. 8A--Product stored throughout kitchen on milk crates or bread racks which are neither 6" off of the floor or on easily movable carts to allow for easy access for cleaning. 8D--To go cups and lids are found behind bar stored uncovered, not in proper dispenser. 10A--Bacon found in bins lined with paper towels on cook surface in kitchen, paper towels are not food grade quality. 10B--Cups found behind bar being stored on paper towels which make this surface not smooth and easily cleanable. |
