Significant improvement in overall cleanliness observed by this inspector compared to previous years. Thermometers installed throughout. Labeling and accountability lists and logs established. Dedicated handwashing sink maintained. Kitchen and equipment adequately maintained clean and sanitary. Separate ice bin is in use at the bar. Facility and kitchen staff are complimented for cleanliness and procedures. Satisfactory.
