Comments: In two sandwich prep cooler units, thermometer was missing and the other was broken reading 60 degrees. Both coolers were tested at 42 degrees with digital infrared thermometers. Stainless steel equipment and some machinery stored on back deck, and could lead to harborage for pests such as rodents. (Staff explained these items will be moved to Clarksville at a new facility soon.) All refrigeration and equipment was adequate and food contact surfaces were well maintained at the time of inspection. UV lamp for water system is 99%. Reminder to check daily UV light report that is due every month to the County Health Dept. Thank you for your time!
