BE ADVISED THAT THE FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE A HACCP APPROVAL FRON NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO OPERATE SUCH EQUIPMENT. THE FACILITY MUST STOP THE USE OF THE SOUS VIDE IMMEDATELY.
