A ticket may be issued due to the repeatedly cited violations.; Additionally, Log sheet for commissary and meals-on-wheels compared and temperatures for cold held food differ greater (close to 10 degree difference). As per driver/employee interview, he does not record the temperatures taken by commissary employees, at time of pick-up, but waits until he is in the car and then takes his own temperatures. This coincides with what the Commissary employees stated, they did not notice the meals-on-wheels driver bringing in a log sheet or thermometer at time of pick-up.; Reviewed with driver proper method to take food temperatures.; January log sheet only provided at this time. December log sheet must be provided to this imspector no later than 1/19/17.; Reinspection on or about 1/19/17.
