Inspector spoke with operator about using ice in the cold holding table and placing the ice around the cold holding food product to insure it is maintaining 45F or below.

Staff stated the smell is ongoing but the facility recently changed the plumbing that connects the 3 bay sink sewage line to the staff bathroom sewage line located on the opposite side of the kitchen wall. Staff stated that there has never been a leak or backup in the pipes. It is strongly recommended that the facility looks into what is causing the odor in the kitchen. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed.
