All food temperatures, as taken with DOH thermapen were in the acceptable range. Education was given in the correct procedures for storing in-use wiping cloths. Buckets of sanitizing solution should be made (1-2 tablespoons of Clorox to 1 gallon of water) with wiping cloths stored in them.
