Comments: The basement are is no longer being used for any aspect of the food service operation. If you wish to use the area again, you must notify the DOH so a preoperational inspection can be performed. The menu has been reduced to deep fryer items, pizzas, wings, calzones and salads. As a result, many of the cold holding units are not being used on a permanent basis. Additionally the dishwasher is not inservice as there is not a need for it. The unit must be cleaned and working properly prior to be placed back in service. If they are not used, they must be cleaned and sanitized. Discussed the possibility of performing catering. If you wish to amend your permit to include catering you must send a formal request in writing and include your operation details in the request so we can evaluate it.
