Comments: facility has sticky mouse traps placed in various locations throughout the kitchen area for monitoring purposes. traps are placed by contract service. all cold holding temps ok at time of inspection, no hot holding at time of inspection due to menu, no cooking. menu for inspection was yogurt, animal crackers, fruit, and milk. all items in individual packages. first lunch service starts around 11:10. leach field is under baseball fields in back of facility, covered in feet of snow during inspection no indication of problem. final rinse temperature on the dish machine 190 degrees F well above required 180 degrees F for hot water rinse.
