Comments: This was just a reinspection of the walkin compressor drain. At this time, the drain set up that the facility has devised was working properly and not dripping on the food below. The unit was visibly iced over and probably should be defrosted. The drain catch bin was also about half full, so staff have emptied that recently.

Comments: The back garbage/recycling room contains a lot of unwanted items. The operator stated those will all be removed soon. That room was only for refuse, returnables, and maintenance material storage (no food, or food products). The bin of chicken wings beside the fryer did contain a large block of ice at the start of the inspection, but the facility must monitor the temp of their wings to accurately insure the proper holding temperature. The basement storage area has not changed much, but only paperwork and some old equipment are kept down there.
