Comments: Per interview with staff, the south end cooktop is not working properly and unevenly cooks food. If this problem persists and affects food cooking temperatures and reheating, the unit must be serviced or replaced. Small cuts were observed on the floor in front of the cookline. If they bubble up or start collecting food debris and particles, the areas must be resurfaced.
