Comments: The inspector and the operator discussed pest control management. The operator said he is a DEC-certified pest management applicator and produced a recently expired ID stating as such. As discussed in the previous inspection it is strongly recommended that various kitchen facility items be cleaned more frequently than at the opening/closing of the kitchen facility each season.

Comments: Education was given on the proper disposal of kitchen's grey water. All food temperatures as taken with DOH thermapen were in the acceptable range. A cover for ice cube storage, in bar area, was recommended to reduce the ice's potential for contamination.

Comments: Many of the violations that were observed by DOH are repeat violations for multiple years. While conducting an interview with the operator of the food service establishment, Mr. Hall, it was stated that none of the past violations were ever brought to his attention by DOH. In an attempt to ensure that the operator has been receiving the DOH Food Service Establishment annual inspection reports, the email and contact information was verified at the time of inspection by DOH. The email address for the establishment was hand written by the operator on last year's inspection report in the upper right hand portion of the inspection report. A reinspection of this establishment is required.
