Operator was advised of potential for AT-10 laped to 12/17/15 report copy in reference to corrected ceiling tiles by March 2016. Food temperatures measured; lasagna 41 degrees F., meatballs in sauce 167 degrees F.sliced tomatoes 39 degrees F.

Comments: The batteries to the digital thermometer were dead at the time of inspection. You should have extra batteries to replace them when it goes dead. Analog thermometers were still present and calibration procedures were reviewed. Refrigeration temperatures were all at or below 45 degrees F. Three bay dishwashing was discussed. Reheating and hot holding procedures for the meatballs and sauce was reviewed. A compliance schedule for repairs was discussed.
