Comments: Amberlyn Sinclair, General Manager, present at time of inspection. Sanitizing cloths at 100ppm. Dishwasher at 100ppm. BWO=Boil Water Order BWO related: BWO is in effect until released by the NYS Department of Health Oneonta District Office. Facility must conduct repair and then submit 2 consecutive days acceptable (negative) bacterial samples to this office. Ice machine turned off and being emptied at time of inspection. Employees will clean and sanitize machine. Soda machine key held by manager until BWO is released. Coffee drained and instruction given for coffee preparation. Coffee machine is not in-line so previously boiled or purchased water will be used for coffee until the BWO is lifted. Soda machine was turned off and nozzles removed so that water cannot be dispensed from in-line unit. Manager will affix a sign stating, “Do not use.” to the unit until the BWO is lifted. Ice machine is being drained and will be properly cleaned and sanitized. manager will affix a sign stating, “Do not use” to the in-line ice machine until the BWO is lifted. Purchased sodas said to be in 2-liter bottles are present for customers and employees and will be used until the BWO is lifted. Education given on all deficiencies. Manager is instructed that 2 consecutive days of negative bacterial sampling is required and that BWO is in effect until it is released by this office.
