Comments: Chlorine residual measured at .5ppm during inspection. Facility hosted large event yesterday and is still working on cleaning up. Rented port-o-potties for guests and brought in caterer to assist in food prep. Temperatures in prep cooler are borderline at time of inspection. Owner states that they have been in and out of unit cleaning and serving a busy breakfast. Directed owner to monitor temperatures closely and turn temperature down on unit. If temperature of products cannot be maintained at or below 45 degrees, potentially hazardous products must be removed and placed into other refrigerators on site. All temperatures of other units are adequate at time of inspection.
