Discussed procedures for service of foods and that leftover foods are discarded after each meal as foods are dispensed on counter in a self-service method (buffet/family style). Foods not protected by temperature control during service (not hot or cold-held) and are only out for approximately a half hour, per food workers. Discussed that leftovers may be reserved if protected during service and when properly served by food workers. Temple building kitchennette: discussed that hand sanitizer is not used in replace of soap and running water, that a food product (stem-type) thermometer is used (in this kitchen as well).
